Utilizing my undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Arkansas State University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Central Arkansas, I serve as legal counsel for Cuso Partners, LLC, an investment securities firm owned exclusively by many of the nation’s largest and most progressive credit unions.
As a currently serving member of the Board of Directors of the United Pentecostal Foundation, a type III supporting organization, I also have a particular interest (though not recognized as a specialist) in the formation, funding and management of non-profit organizations, as well as planned giving strategies and trusts in support of charitable purposes.
